Abstract

Un procédé et un système sont décrits pour le désasphaltage par solvant dune charge dalimentation contenant du bitume. Le procédé peut comprendre le désasphaltage par solvant de la charge dalimentation contenant du bitume, qui peut comprendre la mise en contact de la charge dalimentation avec un solvant pour induire la précipitation dasphaltènes et produire un flux de bitume dilué comprenant une huile désasphaltée et des précipités dasphaltène, et la soumission du flux de bitume dilué à une séparation centrifuge pour récupérer un flux en surverse comprenant lhuile désasphaltée et un flux en sousverse comprenant les précipités dasphaltène et le solvant de désasphaltage résiduel. Le procédé peut aussi comprendre la soumission du flux en sousverse à la séparation dans une colonne de clarification pour produire une fraction de solvant enrichie de solvant et appauvrie de précipités dasphaltène et une fraction dasphaltène enrichie de précipités dasphaltène. Un procédé est aussi décrit pour produire un solvant de désasphaltage dérivé de diluant à partir de lhuile désasphaltée, de même quun dispositif de mélange pour la mise en contact dun flux de charge dalimentation contenant du bitume avec un flux de solvant de désasphaltage pour produire un flux de bitume dilué.
