Abstract

La présente invention concerne un tissu industriel à deux couches satisfaisant aux caractéristiques de base d'un tissu, telles que la rigidité, la résistance à l'usure, l'aptitude à la déshydratation, la suppression des marques et une faible rétention d'eau pour réduire la quantité d'eau retenue. Le tissu à deux couches industriel selon la présente invention comporte au moins une première structure et une deuxième structure dans la répétition d'armure, la première structure étant formée d'une combinaison de deux chaînes côté surface supérieure et d'une chaîne unique côté surface inférieure, la deuxième structure étant formée d'une chaîne unique côté surface supérieure et d'une chaîne unique côté surface inférieure, la première structure et la deuxième structure étant disposées de façon adjacente l'une à l'autre, les chaînes côté surface supérieure dans la première structure étant formées par un fil de liaison de chaîne ayant la fonction de liaison d'un tissu côté surface supérieure et d'un tissu côté surface inférieure, la combinaison de deux chaînes côté surface supérieure formant la première structure étant disposées de façon adjacente l'une à l'autre et constituant une armure côte partielle à la surface du tissu côté surface supérieure, le diamètre de la chaîne côté surface inférieure étant supérieur au diamètre de la chaîne côté surface supérieure formant la première structure, et la chaîne côté surface supérieure dans la deuxième structure étant formée d'une chaîne aplatie.
