Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de construction de bâtiment qui utilise des panneaux de béton préfabriqué (10) raccordés entre eux dans une matrice pour fournir à la fois un plancher et un plafond d'un bâtiment à unités multiples. Chaque panneau présente une dalle de béton préfabriqué renforcée présentant une surface supérieure (12) et des montants descendants (18, 20) fournissant une enceinte continue sous la surface du sol. Des vides rainurés (44, 58) sont préformés dans la surface supérieure et la surface inférieure des montants descendants pour recevoir des raccords (54, 56, 57 ou 60, 62, 66 et 50, 52) pour raccorder des panneaux adjacents. Des évidements préformés (19) sont prévus au niveau des bords du panneau pour raccorder les panneaux entre eux et créer des clavettes de cisaillement jointoyées (59).
