Abstract

Une méthode de fabrication dune taie doreiller hygiénique jetable comprend une étape de pliage dun matériau de taie doreiller pour définir une première et une deuxième surface et aussi définir une extrémité fermée et une extrémité ouverte opposée à lextrémité fermée. Le matériau de taie doreiller est aligné pour définir également deux bords non scellés. La méthode comprend ensuite le scellement des bords non scellés du matériau par soudage ou liaison ultrasonique pour définir deux bords scellés sétendant de lextrémité fermée à lextrémité ouverte afin de définir ensuite une ouverture dimensionnée de sorte à permettre linsertion dun oreiller dans la taie. La méthode comprend ensuite lapplication dune première bande dun ruban adhésif double face et lapplication dune deuxième bande de ruban adhésif double face. Un oreiller peut être inséré dans la taie jetable et louverture scellée par la formation de joints pliés à laide de la première et de la deuxième bande de ruban adhésif.
