Abstract

Il est destiné à fournir une buse d’immersion plate capable de stabiliser un flux de décharge d’acier fondu pour stabiliser une surface de bain dans le moule, c’est-à-dire réduire la fluctuation de la surface de bain dans le moule. L’invention concerne une buse d’immersion ayant une partie plate dont l’alésage interne a une épaisseur Tn et une largeur Wn supérieure à l’épaisseur Tn, dans laquelle deux saillies latérales 1 faisant chacune saillie dans une direction d’épaisseur sont prévues sur chacune des parois opposées de la partie plate s’étendant dans une direction de largeur. Les saillies latérales 1 sont agencées à des positions axiales symétriques par rapport à un axe central longitudinal des parois s’étendant de manière directionnelle en largeur, par paires, de telle sorte que chacune d’elles s’étend obliquement vers le bas dans la direction de la largeur, dans lequel deux paires des saillies latérales sont agencées, respectivement, sur les parois opposées s’étendant de manière directionnelle en largeur, en relation opposée.
