Abstract
L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un film barrière contre les gaz transparent qui est peu coûteux et exceptionnel en termes de résistance à l'oxygène, et un procédé de production du film barrière contre les gaz transparent. La solution selon la présente invention porte sur un film barrière contre les gaz transparent se présentant sous la forme d'un film plastique qui a, sur au moins une surface, une couche d'oxyde d'aluminium ayant de l'oxyde d'aluminium en tant que composant principal, le film barrière contre les gaz transparent étant caractérisé en ce que le coefficient d'atténuation immédiatement après le dépôt sous vide d'une couche d'oxyde inorganique est inférieur à 0,03 nm-1 et en ce que l'épaisseur du film est comprise entre 6 et 10 nm inclus.
