Abstract

L'invention concerne une membrane d'osmose directe, un module de membrane d'osmose directe et son procédé de fabrication, une membrane d'osmose directe, ce qui permet d'obtenir une réduction extrêmement favorable de la diffusion inverse du sel par rapport à l'état de la technique et présente une perméabilité à l'eau prédéterminée, ce qui permet d'obtenir: du fait qu'une solution de matière première de type liquide utilisée dans des opérations de concentration réelle peut être concentrée avec une diffusion supprimée d'une solution d'induction même lorsqu'elle est utilisée plusieurs fois; et la durabilité en ce que les performances de la membrane peuvent être maintenues dans une plage prédéterminée même lorsqu'une solution de matière première ayant une pression osmotique est concentrée plusieurs fois. Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne une membrane d'osmose directe ayant une couche active de séparation polymère disposée sur la surface d'une membrane de support microporeuse, lorsque de l'eau purifiée est placée en tant que solution de matière première sur le côté de la couche active de séparation et 3,5% en masse d'une solution aqueuse de chlorure de sodium est placée sous la forme d'une solution d'induction sur le côté de la membrane de support, avec la membrane d'osmose directe entre celles-ci, la quantité R1 de diffusion inverse de sel dans la solution de matière première est de 0.65 g/(m2×hr) ou moins, et la quantité F1 de perméation de l'eau dans la solution d'induction est d'au moins 3.5 kg/(m2×hr).
