Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de décodage d'image qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape consistant à acquérir un indice de sélection de transformée multiple (MTS) et d'informations résiduelles à partir d'un train de bits; une étape consistant à dériver des coefficients de transformée pour le bloc actuel sur la base des informations résiduelles; et une étape consistant à générer des échantillons résiduels du bloc actuel sur la base de l'indice de sélection MTS et des coefficients de transformée, l'indice de sélection MTS indiquant un ensemble de noyaux de transformation à appliquer au bloc actuel parmi des candidats d'ensemble de noyaux de transformation, au moins un segment parmi des segments d'une chaîne de segments de l'indice de sélection MTS étant dérivé sur la base d'un codage de contexte, le codage de contexte étant réalisé sur la base de valeurs d'augmentation et de diminution dans un Indice de contexte se rapportant à l'indice de sélection MTS, et une valeur unique d'augmentation et de diminution de l'indice de contexte pouvant être utilisée pour le codage de contexte du premier segment parmi les segments de la chaîne de segments.
