Abstract
L'invention concerne un surmoulage tridimensionnel et son procédé de fabrication. Le surmoulage tridimensionnel a une structure tridimensionnelle avec surmoulage, ce qui donne des avantages significatifs en termes de performance. L'assemblage et la liaison de renforts sont réalisés avant le surmoulage ou dans l'outil de moulage par injection. Le surmoulage tridimensionnel répond à des exigences structurales prédéterminées sans nécessiter d'opérations secondaires et à une masse et un coût inférieurs. Les avantages structuraux sont dus à la forme tridimensionnelle en combinaison avec l'avantage du procédé de surmoulage.
