Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil (1) et un procédé d'inspection optique de paraisons (2) en matériau thermoplastique comprenant : un convoyeur (3) composé d'une paire de guides latéraux de sous-bride 31A servant à maintenir chaque paraison par sa bride, et conçu pour transporter successivement les paraisons (2) le long d'un trajet d'inspection ; une station d'inspection (41, 42, 43, 51, 52), située le long du trajet d'inspection et comprenant au moins une caméra d'inspection (410, 411, 412, 413, 421, 431, 510, 511, 520, 521, 522), configurée pour capturer des données d'image d'une paraison (2) positionnée dans la station d'inspection (41, 42, 43, 51, 52), le convoyeur (3) présentant une première configuration de fonctionnement pour le transport de paraisons (2) d'une première taille, et une seconde configuration de fonctionnement pour le transport de paraisons (2) d'une seconde taille, différente de la première, le convoyeur (3) comprenant au moins un actionneur de réglage (7), conçu pour déplacer le convoyeur (3) entre la première et la seconde configuration de fonctionnement.
