Abstract

Le contenant peut comporter un puits d'azote servant à recevoir de l'azote liquide et à maintenir l'azote liquide à l'écart du produit alimentaire conditionné dans le contenant. Selon divers modes de réalisation, le contenant alimentaire métallique comprend une partie inférieure bombée formée et dimensionnée pour s'emboîter avec un produit alimentaire conditionné dans le contenant. Selon certains autres modes de réalisation, le contenant est scellé à l'aide d'un couvercle détachable, d'un couvercle vissé, ou d'une fermeture d'extrémité métallique doublement sertie sur le contenant.
