Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition de milieu de culture de Faecalibacterium prausnitzii composée de peptone végétale, d'extrait de levure, d'un composé phosphate, d'un composé carbonate, de cyanocobalamine (B12), de L-cystéine, d'acétate d'ammonium et de maltose, et un procédé de culture en masse Faecalibacterium prausnitzii utilisant la composition de milieu. Lorsque la composition de milieu et le procédé de culture de Faecalibacterium prausnitzii selon la présente invention sont utilisés, une culture à haute densité et une production de masse de souches de Faecalibacterium prausnitzii phylogroupe II sont possibles. De plus, lorsque Faecalibacterium prausnitzii est cultivé en masse dans la composition de milieu exempte de composants animaux, il peut être cultivé à haute densité même dans de l'azote gazeux anaérobie à haute concentration, et ainsi il est possible de fournir un procédé de culture qui est plus économique et adapté à l'industrialisation.
