Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure de caractéristiques de particules en solution et un dispositif pour sa mise en ?uvre, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à fournir un récipient comprenant un échantillon desdites particules en solution, l'échantillon ayant de préférence un volume compris entre 0,1 µL et 15 µL, à fournir une source de lumière monochromatique et un détecteur de lumière, à transmettre la lumière de la source de lumière monochromatique au récipient comprenant l'échantillon, à détecter la lumière émise par le récipient avec le détecteur de lumière, et à déterminer les caractéristiques desdites particules en solution comprises dans l'échantillon sur la base d'une mesure de diffusion dynamique de la lumière (DLS).
