Abstract

Un système de référence est utilisé pour la tomographie par diffusion de muons de contenus dangereux d'un conteneur de déchets ayant un corps de conteneur (408). Le système de référence comprend un élément de support (400). L'élément de support est configuré pour supporter une ou plusieurs marques de repère (402, 404). L'élément de support peut faire partie du corps de conteneur (comprenant le couvercle), ou être monté à l'intérieur du conteneur, ou dans un cadre configuré pour s'adapter au conteneur de déchets. Les marques de repère ont un nombre atomique plus élevé que le corps de conteneur. Les marques de repère sont fixées à l'élément de support pour fixer le ou les emplacements des marques de repère lors de l'utilisation par rapport aux contenus dangereux du conteneur. Les marques de repère sont asymétriques en rotation par rapport à un axe symétrique en rotation correspondant du corps de conteneur.
