Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de clinker de ciment, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : préchauffer une farine crue dans un dispositif de préchauffage (12) ; calciner la farine crue préchauffée dans un four à calcination (14) ; faire brûler la farine crue calcinée préchauffée dans un four (16) pour obtenir du clinker de ciment ; refroidir le clinker de ciment dans un dispositif de refroidissement (18); soutirer, en tant que gaz dérivé, une partie des gaz d'échappement sortant du four (16) ; refroidir le gaz dérivé dans une chambre de mélange (60) à l'aide d'un gaz de refroidissement ; et séparer la poussière contenue dans le gaz dérivé. Au moins une partie ou la totalité du gaz de refroidissement est formée du gaz dérivé et/ou des gaz d'échappement provenant du four à calcination, et le gaz de refroidissement est introduit dans la chambre de mélange (60) selon un rapport de 2-10 à 1 par rapport au gaz dérivé.
