Abstract

Il est décrit des panneaux prédécoupés et préfabriqués, un kit et des méthodes de construction de structures préfabriquées. Chaque panneau comprend au moins une encoche rainurée pour l’intérieur d’une partie supérieure ou inférieure du panneau aux fins de formation d’un joint à recouvrement transversal. Deux panneaux de ce type peuvent être joints ensemble par interverrouillage des encoches rainurées respectives formant un joint à recouvrement transversal. Chaque encoche rainurée comprend un premier épaulement et un deuxième épaulement s’étendant perpendiculairement à partir d’une joue. Une première rainure est disposée sur un premier côté du panneau adjacent au premier épaulement, et une deuxième rainure est disposée sur un deuxième côté du panneau adjacent au deuxième épaulement. Les rainures assurent un interverrouillage sécurisé des panneaux au niveau du joint à recouvrement transversal sans nécessiter de colle ou d’attaches. De plus, les rainures couvrent des espaces de joint inhibant la pénétration de vent, d’eau et de lumière dans le joint.
