Abstract

L'invention concerne des polynucléotides recombinés comprenant une première séquence d'acide nucléique codant un antigène et une seconde séquence d'acide nucléique codant une enzyme d'une voie catabolique d'acide aminé. Les polynucléotides recombinés sont particulièrement utiles pour induire des réponses immunitaires à long terme ayant des caractéristiques de mémoire améliorées. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques, des particules virales et des cellules hôtes comprenant les polynucléotides recombinés décrits, et des méthodes d'utilisation des matériaux décrits.
