Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux plats cuisinés végétaliens (VCF) exquis, ainsi que la méthodologie inventive pour leur production. Celle-ci implique la perturbation de la structure de la matière première naturelle compatible avec le régime végétalien et la création de la structure de VCF par un traitement inventif sophistiqué tirant parti des propriétés pertinentes de la matière première compatible avec le régime végétalien. Les VCF contiennent tous les nutriments et les principes actifs des matières premières compatibles avec le régime végétalien utilisées. La composition d'une telle nutrition inventive est adaptable aux besoins nutritionnels communs et personnalisés.
