Abstract

Une méthode de façonnage d’un produit alimentaire combiné contenant des objets granulaires et une pâte comprend les étapes suivantes : a) la décharge d’une pâte en tube d’un dispositif de déchargement et le façonnage d’un fond de pâte tubulaire; b) l’ajout d’une quantité prédéterminée d’objets granulaires dans la pâte tubulaire formée au fond; c) la coupe de la pâte tubulaire afin de diviser le produit alimentaire combiné rempli des objets granulaires. À l’étape c), le produit alimentaire combiné est formé de sorte qu’une surface supérieure des objets granulaires ajoutés soit partiellement et uniformément recouverte de la pâte.
