Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de conception de vaccin épitopique. Le procédé consiste à : a) fournir une ou plusieurs séquences d'acides aminés cibles ; b) éventuellement éliminer des peptides sur la base d'une ou de plusieurs caractéristiques prédéfinies ; c) analyser et sélectionner des peptides de liaison au CMH I et/ou au CMH II à partir desdites séquences ; et d) éventuellement assembler les peptides de liaison au CMH I et/ou au CMH II avec des lieurs pour produire un ensemble de peptides.
