Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de génération d'aérosol comprenant : un suscepteur configuré pour chauffer un article de génération d'aérosol inséré dans un espace de réception de l'appareil de génération d'aérosol ; une bobine d'induction agencée autour du suscepteur et configurée pour chauffer le suscepteur par chauffage par induction ; un module de commutation configuré pour commuter un trajet électrique de la bobine d'induction ; et un dispositif de commande connecté électriquement au module de commutation et configuré pour détecter l'insertion de l'article de génération d'aérosol sur la base d'un changement d'inductance de la bobine d'induction en réglant un mode de commande pour la bobine d'induction sur un mode de réception, et lorsque l'insertion de l'article de génération d'aérosol est détectée, commuter le mode de commande vers un mode de transmission pour activer le chauffage par induction, par l'intermédiaire du module de commutation.
