Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés destinés au développement rapide de modèles informatiques annotés de structures et de propriétés. Le système génère des modèles tridimensionnels (3D) de structures et de propriétés au moyen d'une grande variété d'imagerie numérique, et/ou peut traiter des modèles 3D existants créés par d'autres systèmes. Le système traite les modèles 3D de manière à identifier automatiquement des objets candidats dans les modèles 3D qui peuvent se prêter à une annotation, tels que des surfaces de toit, des cheminées, des fenêtres, des gouttières, etc., au moyen de techniques de vision artificielle pour identifier automatiquement de tels objets. Une fois les objets candidats identifiés, le système génère automatiquement des écrans d'interface utilisateur qui collectent les informations pertinentes relatives aux objets candidats, en vue d'obtenir, d'associer et de stocker rapidement les informations d'annotation relatives aux objets candidats. Lorsque toutes les informations d'annotation pertinentes ont été collectées et associées à des objets modèles, le système peut créer une liste de matériaux pouvant être utilisés à des fins futures, telles que la réparation et/ou la reconstruction de structures et de propriétés du monde réel. Le système permet également de modéliser les dommages causés par l'eau à une structure, ainsi que de générer des listes de tâches pour atténuer les dommages causés par l'eau et les coûts associés.
