L'invention concerne un vêtement comporte un vêtement extérieur; un système de gestion de seins situé à l'intérieur du vêtement extérieur et comprenant: un premier panneau; un second panneau rattaché, au niveau d'une jointure de panneaux et d'une autre jointure de panneaux, au premier panneau; au moins un bonnet parmi un premier bonnet doté d'une jointure de premier bonnet et un second bonnet doté d'une jointure de second bonnet; la jointure de premier bonnet étant alignée avec une extrémité d'une des jointures de panneaux et la jointure de second bonnet étant alignée avec une autre extrémité de l'autre jointure de panneaux.
