Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de visualisation de détails dans un échantillon qui peut consister à générer des signaux radiatifs et non radiatifs dans l'échantillon à un emplacement d'excitation à l'aide d'un faisceau d'excitation, interroger l'échantillon avec un faisceau d'interrogation dirigé vers l'emplacement d'excitation de l'échantillon, et détecter la lumière provenant de l'échantillon. Le faisceau d'excitation peut être focalisé sous une surface de l'échantillon. Le faisceau d'interrogation peut être focalisé sous la surface de l'échantillon. La lumière détectée peut comprendre une partie du faisceau d'interrogation renvoyé de l'échantillon. La lumière détectée peut être indicative des signaux radiatifs et non radiatifs générés.
