Abstract

La présente divulgation concerne une installation de production d’urée et un procédé utilisant un décapant à CO2 haute pression, une unité de traitement à pression moyenne en aval et un séparateur à moyenne pression recevant une solution de synthèse d’urée du réacteur. Le gaz de l’unité de traitement et du séparateur est condensé dans un premier condenseur et le gaz résiduel de la section de synthèse est condensé séparément dans un deuxième condenseur. Une méthode de valorisation est également décrite.
