Abstract

Les fixateurs d'acide nucléique à base de nanoparticules d'oxyde de manganèse anioniques sont des fixateurs anioniques biodégradables à faible cytotoxicité, qui peuvent se fixer (se lier) à des acides nucléiques acellulaires (par exemple, un ARNsb, un ARNdb et un ADN non méthylé extracellulaires), fournissant un traitement pour diverses conditions médicales. Le composant principal du fixateur est l'oxyde de manganèse, qui peut être synthétisé à l'aide d'un composé manganèse (par exemple, l'acétate de manganèse) et d'un acide (par exemple, l'acide tannique) à haute température (par exemple 100-150 °C). La synthèse peut être réalisée par mélange d'un composé manganèse et d'un acide dans de l'eau, ce qui forme un mélange, qui est agité, chauffé et amené à refroidir. Les nanoparticules d'oxyde de manganèse anioniques sont extraites du mélange refroidi. La taille typique des nanomatériaux résultants est comprise entre 30 et 100 nm; le potentiel zêta des nanomatériaux ainsi préparés est d'environ -20 mV. Les nanoparticules ont diverses utilisations, notamment leur administration à un sujet pour traiter une inflammation ou pour traiter le cancer.
