Abstract

Est décrit, un paquet pour articles à fumer comprenant : - un groupe d'articles à fumer (P) ; - un contenant (2) comprenant une partie contenant (202) dans laquelle est reçu le groupe d'articles à fumer (P), un espace vide (214), dépourvu d'articles à fumer, étant défini dans la partie contenant (202) ; - un corps de recouvrement (4) dudit contenant (2), comprenant une paroi tubulaire (402) s'étendant le long d'un axe de référence (I), à l'intérieur duquel est inséré le contenant, avec la possibilité de se déplacer le long de l'axe de référence (I), entre une position de sécurité (A), le contenant (2) se trouvant dans un état rétracté à l'intérieur du corps de recouvrement (4) et l'accès au groupe d'articles à fumer (P) étant ainsi empêché ; et une position d'utilisation (B), le contenant (2) étant dans un état extrait par rapport au corps de recouvrement (4), et l'accès au groupe d'articles à fumer (P) étant possible. Le paquet comprend également un système de blocage conçu pour empêcher le mouvement du contenant (2) de la position de sécurité à la position d'utilisation (B) et pour permettre ce mouvement uniquement suite à une action exercée par le consommateur sur un élément de déverrouillage (410) formé sur la paroi tubulaire (402) du corps de recouvrement (4) et faisant face à l'espace vide (414) dépourvu d'articles à fumer de la partie contenant (202).
