Abstract

La présente invention concerne des agents de réduction de frottement utilisés dans le cas du transport de produits de pétrole brut, en particulier, un poly(méth)acrylate sec solide avec des agents à base de poudres de polyalphaoléfines sèches. Le résultat technique de la solution consiste en la préparation d'un agent de réduction de frottement sec, solide, stable, à dissolution rapide et efficace, approprié pour être utilisé dans du pétrole brut lourd. Les compositions d'agents de réduction de frottement présentent de meilleures performances de réduction de frottement dans des applications de brut lourd par comparaison avec des suspensions de réduction de frottement classiques, qui sont constituées des composants suivants, en % en poids : un mélange de 65 à 90 % d'au moins deux polymères réducteurs de frottement, de 3 à 25 % d'un agent de séparation, de 3 à 25 % d'un agent anti-agglomérant, de 3 à 25 % d'un tensioactif, le premier polymère étant un poly(méth)acrylate, le second polymère étant une polyalphaoléfine, le rapport du poids de polyacrylate et du poids de polyalphaoléfine variant dans la plage de 2:1 à 5:1.
