La présente divulgation concerne l'utilisation de cellules comprenant une protéine de surface discernable à une ou plusieurs mutations naturelles ou résultant d'une modification mais aussi une protéine de surface fonctionnelle à utiliser en thérapie. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation de cellules comprenant des variants de protéine de surface CD45 discernables mais aussi une protéine de surface fonctionnelle à utiliser en thérapie, en particulier dans une thérapie cellulaire adoptive.
