Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS PCT/EP2023/056109 1. Composition de liant hydraulique comprenant : - un liant hydraulique comprenant au moins un compose alumino-siliceux, de preference laitier de hauts-fourneaux, et un activateur alcalin ou sulfate et un maximum de 10% en poids de clinker, de preference de 0 a 10% en poids de clinker ; - de I’acide nitrique ou I’un de ses seis, Ie sei d’acide nitrique n’etant pas un nitrate de zinc, la quantite d’acide nitrique ou un de ses seis etant comprise entre 0,1 et 1,5% en poids sec, par rapport au poids total de liant hydraulique.
- 2. Composition hydraulique (CH) comprenant : - un liant hydraulique comprenant au moins un compose alumino-siliceux, de preference laitier de hauts-fourneaux, et un activateur alcalin ou sulfate et un maximum de 10% en poids de clinker, de preference entre 0 et 10% en poids de clinker, et eventuellement des additions minerales ; - de I’eau ; - eventuellement au moins un granulat ; - de I’acide nitrique ou I’un de ses seis, Ie sei d’acide nitrique n’etant pas un nitrate de zinc, la quantite d’acide nitrique ou un de ses seis etant comprise entre 0,1 et 1,5% en poids sec, par rapport au poids total de liant hydraulique.
- 3. Utilisation d’acide nitrique ou I’un de ses seis, a I’exception du nitrate de zinc, pour ameliorer la fluidite, notamment Ie maintien d’ouvrabilite, d’une composition hydraulique comprenant un liant hydraulique comprenant au moins un compose aluminosiliceux, de preference laitier de hauts-fourneaux, et un activateur alcalin ou sulfate et un maximum de 10% en poids de clinker, de preference entre 0 et 10,0% en poids de clinker, et eventuellement des additions minerales, de I’eau, eventuellement au moins un granulat, la quantite d’acide nitrique ou un de ses seis etant comprise entre 0,1 et 1,5% en poids sec, par rapport au poids total de liant hydraulique.
- 4. Procede d’amelioration du maintien de fluidite dans Ie temps d’une composition hydraulique comprenant un liant hydraulique comprenant au moins un compose alumino-siliceux, de preference laitier de hauts-fourneaux, et un activateur alcalin ou sulfate, et un maximum de 10% en poids de clinker, de preference entre 0 et 10% en poids de clinker, de I’eau, eventuellement au moins un granulat, comprenant5 21 I’ajout a ladite composition hydraulique d’acide nitrique ou I’un de ses seis, a I’exception du nitrate de zinc, la quantite d’acide nitrique ou un de ses seis etant comprise entre 0,1 et 1,5% en poids sec, par rapport au poids total de liant hydraulique.
- 5. Composition de liant hydraulique selon la revendication 1, composition hydraulique selon la revendication 2, utilisation selon la revendication 3 ou procede selon la revendication 4, dans lequel Ie sei d’acide nitrique est choisi parmi les seis de metaux alcalins ou alcalino-terreux, de preference les seis d’acide nitrique sont des seis de calcium ou de sodium, de preference seis de calcium.
- 6. Composition de liant hydraulique selon la revendication 1 et 5, composition hydraulique selon la revendication 2 et 5, utilisation selon la revendication 3 et 5, ou procede selon la revendication 4 et 5, dans lequel I’activateur est choisi parmi un activateur calcique ou sulfo-calcique ou un sei alcalin, de preference carbonate, hydroxyde, silicate de sodium, ou de potassium, sulfate de calcium.
- 7. Composition de liant hydraulique selon la revendication 1, 5 et 6, composition hydraulique selon la revendication 2, 5 et 6, utilisation selon la revendication 3, 5 et 6, ou procede selon la revendication 4, 5 et 6, dans lequel Ie compose aluminosiliceux est choisi parmi les laitiers de hauts-fourneaux, des materiaux pouzzolaniques (tels que definis dans la norme Ciment NF EN 197-1(2012) paragraphe 5.2.3), les cendres volantes (telles que definies dans la norme Ciment NF EN 197-1(2012) paragraphe 5.2.4), les schistes calcines (tels que definis dans la norme Ciment NF EN 197-1 (2012) paragraphe 5.2.5), des metakaolins, tels que les metakaolins de type A conformes a la norme NF P 18-513 (aout 2012) ou des argiles calcinees, des alumino¬ silicates notamment de type geopolymeres inorganiques, des alumino-silicates contenant des oxydes de fer tels les residus de bauxite, des norites ou des aplites provenant d’excavations.
- 8. Composition de liant hydraulique selon la revendication 1, 5, 6 et 7, composition hydraulique selon la revendication 2, 5, 6 et 7, utilisation selon la revendication 3, 5, 6 et 7, ou procede selon la revendication 4, 5, 6 et 7, dans lequel Ie compose alumino-siliceux est du laitier de hauts-fourneaux.
- 9. Composition de liant hydraulique selon la revendication 1, 5, 6 a 8, composition hydraulique selon la revendication 2, 5, 6 a 8, ou procede selon la5 22 revendication 4, 5, 6 a 8, dans lequel la composition de liant hydraulique ou la composition hydraulique comprend en outre : - un polymere (P) comprenant des unites de formules (I) et (II) suivantes : R R2 RR R3 R4 R13 COO(M).,„ dans lesquelles : R1 et R2 representent independamment un hydrogene ou un methyle, R3 represente un hydrogene ou un groupe de formule -COO(M)i/m R4 represente un groupe de formule -(CH2)p-(OAIk)q-R5 dans lequel : p represente 1 ou 2, q represente un nombre entier de 3 a 300, Ie Aik de chaque unite OAlk du groupe -(OAIk)q- represente independamment un alkylene lineaire ou ramifie comprenant de 2 a 4 atomes de carbone, R5 represente -OH ou un alkoxyle lineaire ou ramifie comprenant de 1 a 4 atomes de carbone, R11 et R12 representent independamment un hydrogene ou un methyle, R13 represente un hydrogene ou un groupe de formule -COO(M)i/m, M represente H ou un cation de valence m, lorsque M represente H, m represente 1 et lorsque M represente un cation, m est la valence du cation M, a est un nombre de 0,05 a 0,25, tel que (100 x a) represente Ie pourcentage molaire d’unites de formule (I) au sein du polymere, et b est un nombre de 0,75 a 0,95, tel que (100 x b) represente Ie pourcentage molaire d’unites de formule (II) au sein du polymere ; et/ou - des polymeres a base de polyphosphonate polyalkoxyles ; et/ou - des additifs anti-entrafnement d’air, des agents antimousse, un accelerateur ou retardateur de prise, un agent modificateur de rheologie, un fluidifiant.
- 10. Procede de preparation d’une composition hydraulique selon I’une des revendications 4 a 9, dans lequel I’acide nitrique ou I’un de ses seis, a I’exception du nitrate de zinc, est ajoute au liant hydraulique.
