Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau de charge d'alimentation d'extrusion, le matériau comprenant une longueur d'un matériau s'étendant d'une première extrémité à une seconde extrémité; et au moins une fente s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur à l'intérieur du matériau entre les première et seconde extrémités du matériau. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'extrusion de matériau conducteur, le procédé consistant à fournir à la fois des forces rotationnelles et axiales entre un outil matrice et une longueur de matériau de charge d'alimentation pour former un produit d'extrusion, la longueur de charge d'alimentation et de matériau conducteur comprenant de l'Al et des formes carbonées nanocristallines (NCCF). L'invention concerne également un matériau d'extrudat conducteur comprenant de l'Al et des formes carbonées nanocristallines (NCCF).
