Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition pour administration topique et/ou transdermique comprenant du mirabégron ou un sel de celui-ci, la composition comprenant : a) du mirabégron ou un sel de celui-ci dans une plage de 0,01 % en poids à 25 % en poids; et b) un solvant choisi parmi : le diméthylsulfoxyde (DMSO) dans une plage de 5 % en poids à 99,99 % en poids; ou un mélange de diméthylsulfoxyde dans une plage de 5 % en poids à 97,99 % en poids, ainsi qu'un autre solvant choisi parmi i) un monoalcool dans une plage de 5 % en poids à 94,99 % en poids, ou ii) du glycérol, un glycol, un polyéthylène glycol, un éther de glycol, des mélanges de ceux-ci, ou des mélanges avec un monoalcool dans une plage de 5 % en poids à 60 % en poids, ou iii) de l'eau dans une plage de 2 % en poids à 10 % en poids; les % en poids étant basés sur un poids total de la composition de 100 % en poids.
