Abstract

"Un appareil pour éliminer des solides d’un puits comprend un logement disposant d’une pompe secondaire à positionner dans une colonne de production du puits, une colonne de tuyère soutenant un corps allongé à projeter hors d’une extrémité du fond de trou de la colonne de production, un raccord pour raccorder un tubage interne positionné dans la colonne de production pour fournir un fluide sous pression, afin d’entraîner la pompe secondaire, et un conduit contournant la pompe secondaire, afin d’alimenter la colonne de tuyère en fluide sous pression, la colonne de tuyère comprenant un assemblage d’injecteur pour projeter un fluide sous pression dans le puits, afin d’agiter et de remuer les solides adjacents au corps allongé. Le corps allongé comprend un tamis d’entrée, par lequel les solides sont aspirés dans un canal interne de l’appareil, qui est en communication fluide avec une entrée de la pompe secondaire, laquelle présente une sortie pour pomper les solides dans un espace entre l’appareil et la colonne de production, afin de forcer les solides à remonter dans le puits et à en sortir. L’invention concerne aussi une méthode d’extraction de solides d’un puits au moyen de l’appareil décrit. Cette méthode comprend la fixation de l’appareil à un tubage interne, qui alimente l’appareil en fluide moteur, l’alimentation de l’appareil en fond de trou et la distribution du fluide moteur dans le tubage interne pour agiter les solides dans le puits et aspirer les solides remués dans l’appareil et hors de la sortie de la pompe secondaire, afin de forcer les solides à remonter dans le puits aux fins d’extraction."
