Abstract
La présente invention concerne un anticorps bispécifique à domaine unique humanisé dirigé contre PD-L1 et CD47 et son utilisation. Plus particulièrement, un anticorps à domaine unique humanisé qui se lie de manière spécifique aux protéines de point de contrôle immunitaire PD-L1 et CD47 a été construit et confirmé comme ayant une efficacité in vitro et in vivo. Ainsi, l'anticorps bispécifique à domaine unique humanisé peut être utilisé de manière efficace en tant qu'inhibiteur de point de contrôle immunitaire dans l'immunothérapie anticancéreuse.
