Abstract

The Industrial Design consists of the features of shape, pattern, ornament and configuration of the writing instrument shown in the drawings, the portions of the writing instrument being shown in stippled lines to illustrate parts of the writing instrument not forming part of the design. The drawings show two designs which do not differ substantially from each other. Figs. 1-7 show the first variant; and Figs. 8-14 show the second variant. Drawing(s)/photograph(s) of the design is (are) included.
