Description

  

  Monatsbinde.    Die den Gegenstand vorliegender Er  findung bildende Monatsbinde ist in bei  liegender Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen  Ausführungsform dargestellt, und zwar       zeigt:          Fig.    1 eine Ansicht,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     A-B     der     Fig.    1.  



  Dia gezeichnete     Monatsbinde    besitzt eine  Schutzdecke, die zwei miteinander vernähte  Streifen 1, 2 aufweist. Die Streifen bestehen  aus nicht durchlässigem, waschbarem Stoff,  zum Beispiel aus mit Kautschuk imprägnier  ter     Seide,    oder Baumwollstoff usw. An bei  den Enden     besitzt    die Decke drei     Knopf-          1öcIer    4 und je ein Bändchen 5 zum Be  festigen der     Schutzdecke    an einem Leibgurt       ete.,    ferner Ösen 7 zum Durchziehen von  Befestigungsbändern. An den Enden der  Schutzdecke sind zur Verstärkung Stoff  stücke 3 angenäht.

   Die Nähte 8, welche die  Streifen 1, 2 miteinander verbinden, laufen  in einigem Abstand von den Längskanten  des Streifens 1.. Die Kante kann glatt oder       passpoliert    sein, so dass die Randpartien weich  und schmiegsam sind. Die Decke besitzt noch    Querbänder 6, unter welche eine nicht ge  zeichnete Einlage aus absorbierendem Stoff,  zum Beispiel Watte     etc.,    eingelegt werden  kann. Die Versteifungseinlage 3 kann' auch  zwischen die Streifen 1, 2 gelegt sein.  



  Die Schutzdecke ist waschbar; da sie  vollständig undurchlässig ist, bildet sie einen  wirksamen Schutz der Leibwäsche.
