Elektriseber Zugschalter.
Electric pull switch. The present invention relates to an electric pull switch, in which a drawbar actuating a shift drum performs a lateral movement when switching except for the movement in the train direction. The drawbar can be forked at its upper end and carry a driver. He can also put under the action of a spring arranged obliquely to the longitudinal axis, which returns the bolt from both the axial and the lateral displacement.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, namely, FIG. 1 shows the top view, FIG. 2 shows the side view and partial section of the pull switch, and FIGS. 3 and 4 show the parts which come into consideration for a better understanding of the mode of operation of the holding mechanism on a larger scale.
The drawbar a forked at the upper end is arranged so that it can be shifted with a slot b on a shoulder c of the base plate d. The two fork prongs e and j of the drawbar a grip around the switch axis 9, with a large amount of space so that the drawbar can tilt when switching. A bolt or pin h is arranged on the latch a and passes through the recess i of the base plate.
The recess i is so wide that the pin h and thus the bolt a can move sideways. The tension spring j, which is connected to the base plate d at the upper end at point k , is attached to the pin k . Since the tension spring j does not act in the longitudinal axis of the bolt a, the drawbar a is pulled to the left by the latter, namely until the fork prongs f on the switch axis g, < / B> which position can be seen in Fig. 1 lies.
If the bolt a is now moved in the direction of the arrow, a force must be exerted against the action of the spring j. After the * spring force has been overcome, the bolt a moves in the direction of the arrow, * whereby the Mitnellmer pin 1 da # takes the ratchet wheel m along with it. The ratchet wheel in is connected to the shift cylinder n by the rapid spring o a related party.
When moving the bolt a, the ratchet wheel m is first rotated, here tensioned by the rapid spring o; With further rotation, the lug 1), which sits on the ratchet wheel, hits against the wall of the recess q of the shift drum gi, whereby the spring force of the contact springs l r, s, which previously held the shift drum in , is wound over, so that the shift drum n is brought into the next position by the rapid spring o.
During this process, in addition to the movement in the direction of pull, the locking wheel a now also carries out a lateral movement, since the pin which carries along the ratchet wheel must follow the circular movement of the ratchet wheel. To do this, it is necessary that both (the fork-shaped upper end of the bolt and the pin left through the base plate have enough leeway.
The Rie-Crel a is then finally brought back into the starting position by the tn spring j. and the switching process can be repeated from LI.
