Description

Soundproof concrete floor. The invention, which is the subject of the present patent application, consists of a concrete floor, having the advantage of being sound, that is to say of absorbing sound vibrations from all sources. kinds of noises.

For this purpose, the floor comprises molded concrete parts placed at determined intervals and carrying the joists intended to support the parquet, parts having served as formwork for the concrete bearing beams, T-shaped and stiffening beams , also in concrete, arranged transversely with respect to the load-bearing beams and connecting them to each other.

The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the floor, object of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section, the floor supporting the parquet and the part on the right being devoid of parts 1 ;.

Fig. 2 is a cross section thereof; Fig. 3 is a plan view.

The concrete castings 1, manufactured on site, are placed at determined intervals. They served as formwork to make the concrete bearing beams -2 which have the shape of a T and the stiffening beams 2 ', also made of concrete, arranged transversely with respect to the supporting beams 2 and connecting them to one another. Thanks to the grooves 4 of the parts 1 and the corresponding ribs of the beams 2, a good connection exists between these parts.

The pieces 1 bear, therein partially the joists 3. Thus the slats 3 'supporting the parquet boards do not touch the surface of the pieces 1, the beams 2 or the joists 2'.

Before proceeding with the concreting of the beams 2, removable slats 5 are provided, so as to leave free spaces 6 (fig. 2 and 3) between the flanges of the supporting beams 2 and the parts 1. These free spaces prevent the direct transmission of vibrations to the beam flanges 2.

Hooks 7 are provided, in the parts 1, to support the ceiling, for example, made of reed boards.

Parts 1 can be made of slag concrete and cement, slag concrete and plaster etc. They are kept in place, during the concreting of the latter, by a simple and inexpensive scaffolding.
