Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das sekundäre Kondensa tionsprodukt von einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 1-Aminobenzol-4-sulfosäure und einem Mol. 2 - 5-Aminonaphthol-7-sulfo= säure, erhält,
wenn man auf ein Mol. Cyanur- chlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Mol. 1- A@minobenzol-4-sulfosäure und e-in Mol. 2 - 5- Aminonaphthol-7-sulfosäure einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass als solches Wasser in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist. Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid, einem AIol. 1- Aminobenzol-4-sulfosäure und einem Mol. 2 - 5-Aminonaphthol-7-sulòsäure bildet ein in Wasser leicht lösliches, farbloses, kristal linisches Pulver. Es enthält noch ein reak tionsfähiges Chloratom und stellt ein wert volles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Zu einer feinen wässerigen Aufschlem- mung von 18,5 Teilen Cyanurchlorid, die durch Eiszusatz bei 0 gehalten wird, lässt man unter Rühren eine Lösung von 19,5 Teilen I.-aminobenzel-4-sulfosaures Natrium in 400 Teilen Wasser fliessen.
Nachdem die '1.- Aminobenzol - 4 - sulfosäure verschwunden ist, wird die Reaktionsmasse neutralisiert, mit einer Lösung von 26,2 Teilen 2 # 5- aminoiiaphtliol-7-sulfosaurem Natrium ver setzt und weiter gerührt, bis die Aminonaph- tholsulfosii,ure beinahe verschwunden ist.
Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid, einem Mol. 1-Aminoben- zol-4-sulfos.iure und einem Mol. 2 - 5-Amino- naphtliol-7-sillfosäure wird hierauf durch Kochsalzzusatz abgeschieden.

This condensation is carried out by stirring the components together in a suitable diluent, and it has been found that, surprisingly, water is very suitable as such. The secondary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride, one Alol. 1- aminobenzene-4-sulfonic acid and one mole. 2-5-aminonaphthol-7-sulfonic acid forms a colorless, crystalline powder which is easily soluble in water. It still contains a reactive chlorine atom and is a valuable starting material for the production of dyes.
<I> Example: </I> A solution of 19.5 parts of I.-aminobenzel-4-sulfosaures is added to a fine aqueous slurry of 18.5 parts of cyanuric chloride, which is kept at 0 by adding ice Sodium flow in 400 parts of water.
After the '1.-aminobenzene-4-sulfonic acid has disappeared, the reaction mass is neutralized, treated with a solution of 26.2 parts of 2 # 5-aminoiiaphthol-7-sulfonic acid and further stirred until the aminonaphtholsulfosii, ure almost disappeared.
The secondary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride, one mole of 1-aminobenzene-4-sulfonic acid and one mole of 2-5-aminonaphthiol-7-sulfonic acid is then deposited by adding sodium chloride.
