Device for the linear adjustment of organs used to regulate the speed of the drive pulleys of electricity meters. The present invention bemveckt the rapid and uniform regulation of setting organs on electrical meters to make possible. After the same, a lever-like key and means are provided which enable the key to be connected to one or the other organ, and thus to set these organs directly by means of the key.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention. Fig. 1 ver illustrates part of an electricity meter in view. Fig. 2 is a detail relating to the brake magnet and Fig. 3 and 4 show the lever in plan view and Be tenansicht.
1 is the iron carrying the current and voltage winding, 2 is the drive pulley, 3 is the starter wing and 4 is the brake magnet of an electricity meter.
The approach wing 3 is fastened by means of a screw 5 to a tab 6 fixed to the iron body 1 and has a hole 7. The screw 5 protrudes upward out of the tab 6. 8 is a lever-like key which has a hole 9 and a pin 10 at one end. The distance of the hole 9 and the pin 10 from each other corresponds to the distance of the hole 7 of the wing 3 from the screw 5 and the cross-sections of the parts 5, 7, 9 and 10 are dimensioned so that the lever-like key 8 with its hole 9 over the from the flap 6 protruding end of the screw 5 pushed ge while the pin 10 can be inserted into the hole 7 of the run-up wing (Fig. 1 dash-dotted lines.
As a result, the key 8 is verbun with the wing 3 and when turning the key 8 of the wing 3 rotated. If necessary, the screw 5 can also be loosened somewhat when adjusting the start-up wing 3 in order to be tightened again after the adjustment.
The brake magnet 4 is held in a known manner by means of a screw 11 on a support 14 of the electricity meter and grub screws 12 are used to adjust the height of the magnet to the drive pulley 2. According to the invention, these needle screws 12 are screwed through a disk 13 and protrude through arcuate slots 15 of the carrier 14. The screw 11 passes through a smooth central hole in the disk 13. The latter has a lateral extension 16 which is provided with a radial slot 17 having a circular shape in the outer part and two parallel edges in the outer part.
The carrier 14 has an eye 18 which is located under the -kreisför shaped part of the slot 17 in the normal position of the disc 13.
The key 8 is provided with a small lateral bend at its other end, and two pins 19 are arranged at this point. If the key 8 is applied to the shoulder 16 from above, with one pin 19 reaching into the hole of the eye 18 and the other between the parallel edges of the slot 17, the disk 13 and thus the magnet 4 can be opened by means of the same rotated about the screw 11; whereby through the leverage on the one hand between the points of application of the pins 19 and the point of rotation of the disc 13 on the other hand of the small lever arm formed by the pins 19 and the large lever arm formed by the longitudinal extension of the key a fine adjustment of the magnet achieved who can.
By bending the end of the key 8 carrying the pins 19, there is also a large possibility of rotation wherever base plates with walls are used.
