Fluid change gear consisting of pump and motor. In the case of the fluid change gears consisting of the pump and motor, the disadvantage has so far been noticeable. made that the fluid used as a propellant, usually in oil, heats up very quickly, which reduces the efficiency of the transmission and jeopardizes operational safety. It has therefore already been proposed to subject the circulating liquid to artificial cooling and, if necessary, to clean it and then feed it back to the gear unit.
From the devices of the known type, the present Ge gearbox differs in that a liquid container is switched into the circuit of the liquid, into which the entire operating liquid is directed. In this container, the liquid comes to rest almost completely and cools down, which is why special cooling devices can be dispensed with. At the same time, the impurities in the liquid can settle in the container and thus be eliminated from the cycle. The container can, for example, be placed below the pump of the motor so that the impurities are deposited at the lowest point of the gearbox.
The container is arranged on the gearbox in such a way that only cleaned liquid flows from the container through the gearbox.
In the accompanying drawings, various embodiments of the subject invention are shown, namely: Fig. 1 the connection of an Ölbehäl age in the liquid flow of a liquid keitswechselgetriebes and the arrangement of the oil container in a machine tool, Fig. 2 an inevitable Verstellvor direction for pump and motor ; Fig. 3 shows schematically the switching device of an oil tank between the pump and motor with separate installation, Fig. 4 an automatic reversing member, Fig. 5 is a manually operated order control member.
According to FIG. 1, the transmission consists essentially of the pump 34, the pulley 35 of which is driven by any motor, and the oil motor 36, which actuates the driven part, for example the machine tool. An oil container 37 is connected between the two parts. The pump 34 so sucks from this oil container, while the motor 36 releases the oil in .den Behäl ter. As a result, the oil tank is in this arrangement on the suction side and does not need to be pressure-resistant to whoever. But there can also be a free situation where it is useful to switch the oil container on the pressure side of the pump between the pump and the motor; then of course it has to be pressure-resistant.
The oil reservoir serves various purposes. Above all, it should enable the oil to have a uniformly low temperature. It therefore has sufficient capacity for the oil and is arranged in such a way that the heat can radiate freely in all directions and flow away. In order to dissipate the heat well, the oil container is expediently arranged where there are large masses of iron, that is to say in the example of the machine tool in the foot of the same. It is set up separately from the pump and motor.
The oil tank 37 is provided with filters and other known devices to act to be an elimination of impurities and abrasions from the oil circuit.
The device according to FIG. 5 is used in order to enable the motor to be switched from right-hand to left-hand gear without changing the switching on of the oil tank on the suction side of the pump. The reversing slide 39 moves in a housing 38. The hydraulic fluid comes from the pump through line 40 and goes through lines 41 and 42 to the motor. The drain of the oil to the liquid container happens through the line 43. The control slide 39 carries control channels 44 and 45 and a central bore 46. The Umsteue approximately device acts in the following way: Since in the center position shown, the accesses to the lines 41 and 42 through the control slide 39 are closed, the pressurized oil can only pass through the bypass 47 into the drain 43, i. H. so, the motor stands still while the pump is running.
This prevents an impermissibly high pressure from building up in the pump. At the same time, the pump is vented, which is particularly important for starting the motor. If the slide is now moved upwards via 39, the pressure fluid can flow from the pump through the upper channel 41 in the direction of arrow A; it then flows through the channel 42 in the direction of arrow B and comes through the control channel 45 into the drain. If, on the other hand, the control slide is moved down from the middle position, the pressure fluid from the pump goes through channel 42 in the direction of arrow C to the motor, returns in the direction of arrow D through channel 41 and passes through control channels 44 and the Hole 46 in drain line 43.
In one supply line to the engine, a safety valve is expediently switched on, which also works when the oil runs through the other supply line to the engine. For this purpose, the safety valve consists of the shut-off element 48, which is under the pressure of a spring in the usual way and has two pressure surfaces 49 and 50. The pressure surface 50 blocks the intermediate channel 51. The pressure acts on this surface when the oil flows through the channel 42 in the direction of the arrow C. Flows. the oil, however, through the upper channel 41 in the direction of arrow A, the surface 49 is loaded.
Fig. 3 shows schematically the activation of an automatic reversing element between the pump, engine and oil tank's rule. The reversing element itself is shown in longitudinal section in FIG. It consists of a Ge housing 52 to which the lines 53 and 54 connect on one side, which lead to the pump. On the other hand, the lines 55 and 56 to the motor are ruled out. The housing also has two openings 57 which are connected to one another and from which the line 58 leads into the liquid container 60. Line 59 is connected at 61. In the housing moves the slide 62, which is under the pressure of the springs 63 and control edges 62a, 62b, 62c, 62d has.
The control edges 62a and 62d have through bores 63a and 63b through which the oil enters the frontal spaces of the control member, so that a one-sided fluid pressure acts on the control member. The control device now acts in such a way that when the motor or the pump is switched over, the liquid container always remains on the suction side. In the position shown in Fig. 4, for example, the oil flows from the pump through line 53 and then through line 55 to the engine, from there back through line 56, through 61 in the Ölbehäl ter, and from here the pump sucks the oil through line 58 again. The control organ itself is pressed into its lowest position by the oil pressure from the pump, since the oil passes through the bore 63a via the control piston.
If the pump is now controlled, the line 54 becomes the pressure line. The pressure fluid then drives the control element upwards, since the pressure oil now passes through the opening 63b under the piston, so that the oil then flows through the line 56 to the engine. Fig. 2 shows part of the transmission according to Fig. 1 which drives a lathe. With lathes, it is important to achieve certain speeds on the driven shaft by setting the gearbox. For this purpose, the pump and the motor of the transmission (Fig. 1 and 2) are each provided with a guide ring for guiding the working piston, the Nenden guide ring by adjusting the number of revolutions and the direction of rotation of the pump respectively. of the engine can be changed, as in Fig. 1 and 2 of Switzerland.
Patent 110995 shown piston machine is the case. From Fig. 2 of the accompanying drawings, a device for adjusting the guide rings can now be seen.
The device is designed so that the guide rings of the pump and the motor are mutually inevitably adjusted. The device has a drum 86 with a groove 87 into which the guide rollers 88 and 89 of the Verstellvor direction for the pump and motor engage. The rollers are attached to arms 90 which are connected to the guide rings of the pump and motor.
On the drum axis sits the pointer 91, which plays over a scale 92 (Fig. 1), on which the set number of revolutions can be read from. The drum is adjusted using the handwheel 93. The adjusting device is now set up so that when the drum is rotated, the roller 88 is first moved through one end of the curve of the groove 87, while the roller 89 passes through the straight part of the groove and does not change its position. Only when the pump has reached its largest volume, no further adjustment then takes place, comes with further rotation of the drum, the roller 89 in the other rising part of the groove, and there is now the adjustment of the guide ring of the motor, where by Speed is increased even further.
The rotation of the motor is transmitted through the pair of gears 94 to the spindle 95 of the machine tool.
