Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoües.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diazotiertes          ,A        minoazobenzol    mit     2,4,6-Tri-p-oxy-naphthyl-          1,3,5-triazin    kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff  bildet ein dunkles Pulver; er löst sich in  Alkohol unter Bildung einer orangen, in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure unter Bildung  einer     violettblauen    Lösung. In Gegenwart  einer geeigneten Unterlage hergestellt, färbt  er diese in intensiven und echten Bordeaux  Tönen an.  



       Beispiel:     50 Teile     2,4,6-Tri-p-oxy-naphthyl-1,3,5-          triazin    werden unter Zusatz von 40 Teilen  30     %iger    Natronlauge in 1000 Teilen Was  ser gelöst und in eine überschüssiges Na  triumacetat enthaltende     Diazolösung,    welche  aus 39 Teilen     Aminoazobenzol    hergestellt    worden ist, unter starkem Rühren eingetra  gen. Der gebildete Farbstoff fällt sofort aus;  er wird filtriert und getrocknet.

The new dye forms a dark powder; it dissolves in alcohol to form an orange solution, and in concentrated sulfuric acid to form a purple-blue solution. Produced in the presence of a suitable base, he colors it in intense and genuine Bordeaux tones.



       Example: 50 parts of 2,4,6-tri-p-oxy-naphthyl-1,3,5-triazine are dissolved in 1000 parts of water with the addition of 40 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution and in a diazo solution containing excess sodium acetate, which has been prepared from 39 parts of aminoazobenzene, engetra conditions with vigorous stirring. The dye formed precipitates immediately; it is filtered and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diazotiertes Aminoazobenzol mit 2,4,6-Tri-- p-oxy-naphthyl-1,3,5-triazin gekuppelt wird. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver; er löst sich in Alkohol unter Bildung einer orangen, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure un ter Bildung einer violettblauen Lösung. In Gegenwart einer geeigneten Unterlage hergestellt, färbt er diese in intensiven und echten Bordeaux Tönen an.
