Description
Waschherd. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Wasch herd, bei welchem an Stelle eines Wasser- schiffes eine Kupferschlange vorgesehen ist.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung stellt in Fig. 1 (Vertikalschnitt) und in Fig. 2 (Grundriss) ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes dar.
Bei Gebrauch des Waschherdes wird zweckmässig vorerst der Kessel K mit Was ser gefüllt, worauf der Einlaufhahn, der bei c an den Waschherd angeschlossen wird, ge öffnet wird, wodurch die in mehreren Win dungen den Kessel umschlingende Kupfer schlange a mit Wasser gefüllt wird. Nach erfolgter Füllung der Schlange wird die Wasserzufuhr unterbrochen, und zwar für so lange, bis das in der Schlange befindliche Wasser zum Sieden gebracht ist. Ist dies der Fall, so wird die Wasserzufuhr in der Weise reguliert, dass konstant heisses Wasser beim Auslauf b herausfliesst.
Der dargestellte und beschriebene Wasch herd gestattet innert kürzester Zeit heisses Wasser, sei es für Wäsche- oder Badezwecke, zu erhalten, da das Wasser in der Kupfer schlange durch das Feuer rasch zum Sieden gebracht wird.
Die Kupferschlange könnte, statt wie ge zeichnet, auch gewellt sein.

When using the washing stove, the boiler K is expediently first filled with water, whereupon the inlet tap, which is connected to the washing stove at c, is opened, whereby the copper snake a wrapping around the boiler in several windings is filled with water. After the snake has been filled, the water supply is interrupted for so long until the water in the snake is boiled. If this is the case, the water supply is regulated in such a way that hot water flows out constantly at outlet b.
The washing stove shown and described allows hot water to be obtained within a very short time, be it for laundry or bathing purposes, as the water in the copper snake is quickly brought to the boil by the fire.
The copper snake could also be wavy instead of as shown.
