Steam or gas turbine blades primarily for wheel turbines. The present invention relates to a steam or gas turbine blading with gradually changing, e.g. B.
narrowing, or gradually narrowing and then somewhat widening cross-sections in the guide vane channels, especially for disk-wheel turbines, in which the new thing is that the gap between guide vanes and rotor blades is kept so small that the gradual automatic expansion of the propellant is not interrupted or disturbed on the way through the guide and rotor blade channels, so practically takes place as if the guide and rotor blade channels were to close directly to one another.
The gap through which the expansion in the blades continues steadily should not exceed 1 min.
The drawing shows the subject matter of the invention in two exemplary embodiments in section through a turbine stage. Fig. 1 is the first and Fig. 2, the second embodiment example. The difference between the two lies in the difference in the division of the Leitschau; a are the rotor blades and b are the guide blades of a turbine stage. d are the blade channels and c are the nozzle channels. e is the blade width, f is the guide vane width and s is the gap between the rotor and guide blades.
As the thin and dotted circles drawn in the stationary and rotating propellant flow channels show, there is a gradually steady expansion on the flow path through the stage, which continues steadily through the gap s into the blade channels d.
It is very important for the good effect that there is a uniform transition of the expansion, especially through the gap s into the blade channels d. In order to make this possible, the nozzle channels on the outlet side do not run parallel, but they narrow or widen somewhat, as a result of which a good, forced expansion takes place through the gap s into the following runner channels d. It is essential here that the gap s is as small as possible, because then a harmful influence on the flow is avoided. The width of the gap should therefore not be greater than 1 mm.
The invention has the advantage of excellent flow and energy conversion in the turbine stage. Furthermore, the flow and gap losses are reduced to a small amount.
