Description
Bags for packaging foodstuffs and specialty goods, in particular fat and fat products. The subject of the present invention is a bag for packaging food and specialty products, in particular meat and fat products.
The paper bags used up to now in retail trade, especially those which are intended for packing fat and fat, have the disadvantage that the bottom of the bag is not sufficiently resistant to tearing and is not tight enough.
These disadvantages have been remedied in the subject invention in that the bottom of the bag has a sealing Ver reinforcing cap made of metal.
The accompanying drawing illustrates two embodiments of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 shows a first example in longitudinal section; Fig. 2 is a cross section of the same taken along line A-B of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows the second embodiment in longitudinal section. In Figs. 1 and 2, 1 denotes the actual bag made of paper or similar Lichem appropriate material, for example linen, fabric, etc. To strengthen and seal the bottom of the bag, the latter is provided with a cap 2, which with its frame 2 'on the The edge of the bag bottom.
The cap 2 is made of metal and attached to the bottom of the paper bag by means of adhesive; however, other fasteners such as rivets could be used.
The embodiment according to FIG. 3 of the drawing differs from the one previously described in that the cap 2 is attached to the bottom of the bag inside instead of outside.
The shape of the bottom of the bag can be any, for example rectangular, round or oval.
