Description

Petrolgas-Kochherd.

Petroleum gas cooker. The previously known petroleum gas stoves generally have the disadvantage, among other things, that the fuel supply cannot be regulated with sufficient precision.

The subject of the present invention is a petroleum gas stove, in which, to avoid this disadvantage, the height of the fuel container can be changed compared to the gasifier, for the purpose of regulating the pressure of the fuel vapor in the gasifier,

and the fuel supply pipe to the carburetor roller is formed into a spiral to prevent a sudden effect of the pressure of the fuel in the Brexinstoffbehäl- ter changed as a result of the change in position of the fuel tank on the fuel vapor in the carburetor tube.

The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows: FIG. 1 a front view of the same with vertical sections with the fuel container laid down, FIG. 2 a plan view 7 and FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 a side view of FIG 1 with the fuel tank swiveled up.

1 is. the base plate, divided by the longitudinal rib 2 into a front and a rear basin, and 3 a fuel container which is arranged pivotably above the rear basin and is provided with the filler neck 4 and the fuel level indicator 5, which is mounted on the pivot 6 for the purpose of swiveling it out pivotable rod 7 is arranged.

To pivot the fuel container 3, the support 9, which is formed at the free end to form a fork B and to which the shaft 10 is bent, is used, which latter is rotatably mounted in the bearings 11 and 12 and at its front end the ratchet 13 and the Adjusting lever 14 carries. The pawl 15 engages in the teeth of the ratchet wheel 13.

The fuel container is connected to the carburetor pipe 17 in the middle of the fuel pipe 16, the fuel pipe having a right-angled bend and being formed into a spiral at the point of bend from <B> 11W1 </B> with <B> U < / B> bent part on the one in the front basin of the base plate. 1 attached feet 19 of the carburetor tube 17 is connected by means of nut 20.

The upper end of the carburetor tube 17 is bent inwards at an angle of <B> 90 '</B> and carries the nozzle 21. The old bend of the carburetor tube 17 is from a housing open at the bottom ?? enclosed and below the latter, the preheating vessel 23 is arranged on the carburetor pipe 17. The housing 22 and the preheating vessel 23 can be adjustable in height or can be arranged fixedly on the carburetor pipe 17.

The. Burner heads 25, 26 are attached to the vorgese Henen carriers 27, 28 in the front basin of the base plate 1 and are connected to one another by the tube 29. Both are upward by one between two plates 30, 31 respectively. 32, 33 of smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the burner heads lying sieve 34 respectively. 35 completed.

The plates as well as the sieves are supported in their middle on extensions of the supports 27, 28 and the sieves 34, 35 are jammed around their circumference between the burner heads and the pan supports 36, 37 in the rain. The burner head 25 is equipped with a mixing tube 38 and this is upstream of the nozzle 21 ', at least approximately coaxially, so that the fuel vapor emerging from the nozzle 21 can flow over into the mixing tube 38 and thereby entrain air which is in the mixing tube with the fuel vapor mixes.

The preheating connection 39 provided below the mixing tube 38 is expediently made on aluminum and protrudes into the housing 22 in such a way that after ignition of the fuel vapors emerging through the bores 40 of the connection 39, in particular the upper part of the carburetor tube of the <B> <</ B > rt is warmed up so that combustible fuel in the carburetor pipe reaches to evaporate. 41 is one in the burner head 25,

  - See guide for the fuel d # üniif # in order to distribute them evenly in the burner head and to facilitate their entry into the nozzle 39.

The burner head 25 is closed off from the pipe 29 by a pivot valve 22 (FIG. 1) which can be adjusted by means of the screw 43 provided with a handle 44 and thus the entry of fuel vapors after the burner head 26 can be regulated .

When using the described Pu-, after the Vc # rg, ascrrolires 17 has been heated by the fuel ignited in the preheating vessel 23, fuel is passed upward through the fuel pipe 16 to the carburetor pipe 17 by pivoting the fuel container 3 outwards.

The pulp is evaporated in the carburetor tube 17 and the resulting pressure causes fuel vapor to flow out through the nozzle 21 and the mixing tube 38 into the burner head 25 and to push the excess fuel back through the line 16 to the fuel vessel 3 .

As soon as sufficient fuel danilife has accumulated in the burner head 2 5, this not only occurs through the free ring part of the sieve 35. where they are ignited and can be used for cooking etc., but also through the bores 40 of the connecting piece 39, where they are ignited and serve to heat the carburetor tube 17. 1; 7m the heating, of the carburetor tube 17 in more intensive zii, the upper part of the carburetor tube 17 is enclosed by the housing 22.

If the fuel vapors are to be passed to the second burner head 26, the valve 42 is opened by turning the screw 43 and the passage cross-section of your required fuel vapor is regulated accordingly. When ignited, the fuel vapors also form a ring-shaped flame here.

Depending on how the fuel tank 3 is raised, the pressure of the fuel on the fuel vapor located in the carburetor tube 17 and thus also the pressure of the fuel vapor itself changes.

so that if the fuel tank is high, the fuel is fed into the carburetor. raw and the outflow of the fuel vapor is increased by enlarging its outlet 2n.

A slightly occurring when changing the height of the fuel tank from extinguishing the flames by relatively suddenly occurring under or over pressure is prevented by the formation of the fuel pipe 16 to a spiral 18 by gradually being effected by a pressure equalization.

Should the stove be put out of use. the fuel vessel 3 is pivoted back into its horizontal position as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. It fin det now a level compensation of the fuel in the fuel tank 3 and in the carburetor pipe 17 instead of BEZW during the pivoting back. the fuel column in the carburetor tube 17 is reduced in such a way that further evaporation of fuel can no longer take place and therefore no further fuel vapors can pass through the mixing tube 38 into the burner head 25.

This extinguishes both the round flames on the burner heads and the heating flame over the bores 40 without further ado as soon as the fuel vapor in the burner heads 25 and 26, the connecting pipe 29 and the nozzle 39 has emerged. The flames above the burner head sieves do not extinguish before all fuel vapors have escaped, as the flames cannot strike back into the burner head due to the sieve and suffocate there due to a lack of oxygen, so that the air is not contaminated. burned fuel vapors are excluded.
