Meuble de ménage. L'objet de l'invention est un meuble de ménage.
Il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un réceptacle, destiné à contenir ce qui est néces saire pour le cirage des chaussures, et est dis posé de manière, d'une part, à offrir un pla teau, où l'on peut poser le pied pendant le cirage de la chaussure dont celui-ci est muni, d'autre part, un second plateau, destiné à servir de siège quand on ne cire pas de chaus sures.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple une forme d'exécution de ce meuble.

Le réceptacle a du meuble représenté a la forme d'un tronc de pyramide à bases carrées dont la petite base est en haut et est porté par quatre pieds b ayant même inclinaison que ses faces latérales. Il est ouvert à sa partie supérieure et est divisé par une cloison f en deux compartiments égaux c, d destinés à contenir, l'un des pots ou des boîtes de ci rage ou de crème à chaussure, l'autre des brosses, des tampons, des chiffons permettant de nettoyer la chaussure, de l'enduire de ci rage ou de crème et de lui donner le brillant voulu.
Sur l'une des faces du réceptacle a est articulé en e le premier plateau, f, qui sert à la fois de fermeture pour ce réceptacle et de surface de support du pied pendant qu'on cire la chaussure dont celui-ci est muni. Sur la face opposée est articulé le second pla teau, g, qui s'applique exactement à plat sur le premier et masque presque entièrement celui-ci; lorsqu'on ne procède pas au cirage, et offre un siège parfaitement propre. Dans ce but les. charnières la réunissent des bras i, 3 d'une certaine longueur et fixés respective ment au réceptacle a et au plateau g.
La forme d'exécution représentée consti tue un tabouret, quand les deux plateaux f, g sont ramenés l'un sur l'autre comme la fig. 2 le montre en trait plein et la fig. 1 en pointillé. Les fig. 1 et 2 la représentent au contraire à la position d'ouverture de ces deux plateaux, donnant accès au réceptacle a. Cette forme d'exécution peut être exécutée en bois. Le plateau g pourrait masquer entière ment le plateau f.
Le nombre des compartiments du récep tacle peut varier.

The receptacle a of the furniture shown has the shape of a truncated pyramid with square bases, the small base of which is at the top and is carried by four feet b having the same inclination as its side faces. It is open at its upper part and is divided by a partition f into two equal compartments c, d intended to contain, one of the jars or boxes of shoe cream or shoe cream, the other brushes, pads , rags to clean the shoe, to coat it with rage or cream and give it the desired shine.

The plate g could completely hide the plate f.
