Flaschenverschluss.

Bottle cap. The invention relates to a closure cap made of elastic material, for. B. made of rubber, for bottles, e.g. B. for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and .other liquids and consists in "that a head part with a cavity is provided on the cap, which communicates with the outside air through a slot that is self-closing due to the elasticity of the material and with the inside of the bottle through a usually open channel is connected, the whole thing in such a way that the channel is closed by pressure in the direction of the slot and the slot is opened so that liquid located in the cavity emerges as a jet through the slot.
In an embodiment with a slot at the end of the head part, a relatively fine rubber tube can be inserted in the latter, which, in the closed position, is compressed in the slot, but forms a nozzle-shaped opening when pressure is applied to the channel across its axis.
If the slot forming the outflow opening is arranged on the side of the cap, specifically in its longitudinal direction, a stamp is arranged inside the cap which, when pressure is applied to the cap from above, closes the channel leading to the inside of the bottle., The closure according to the present invention is characterized in that the bottle content is injected in small quantities, which are variable depending on the size of the cavity, without the bottle having to be shaken, so that the closure completely braids when not in use closes and nothing can run out during shipping and on the journey.
When using. no screw connections whatsoever need to be loosened so that the liquid does not come into contact with the fingers and there is no soiling of the outflow opening, so that the closure is hygienically perfect.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown, for example, in various embodiments and partly schematically. The figures show: FIG. 1 the closure in the closed position in a vertical section along the line X-X in FIG. 3, FIG. 2 the same view in the open position, FIG. 3 a plan view of the closure,
4 and 5 are schematic representations of the closure opening, FIG. 6 shows a modified embodiment of the closure in the same representation as in FIG. 1, and FIGS. 7 and 8 show the two application forms of the closure in use in a visual representation.
The cap a is pulled over the neck of the bottle. A bulge b of the cap a is provided for the neck bead of the bottle. A lip-like incision d is provided at the head end c of the cap, which, due to the elasticity of the material, is compressed in the rest position. The cap a is designed in such a way that in the upper part it contains a chamber e which communicates with the contents of the bottle through a channel f. In the lip-like incision d is a small tube g made of elastic material, e.g.
B. a rubber tube is used, which was in the rest position .des closure is pressed tightly together so that nothing of the contents can drip out. The opening of the slot d for the purpose of dispensing liquid takes place by lateral pressure of the thumb and forefinger of the hand holding the bottle, which is exerted in the direction of the slot. Web-like marks h are provided on the cap to ensure that the pressure is applied correctly.
The mode of operation of the closure is as follows: In the rest position, i. H. In the closed position, the lock assumes the position according to FIG. The opening d is completely compressed, the tube g is completely pressed flat and takes the one in Fib. 4 position shown schematically. There is air in the cavity e. In order to dispense the contents of the bottle, the bottle is held with the closure facing downwards so that the air in the cavity rises into the bottle and the cavity moves with it. Fills liquid.
By pressing on the opposite marks h, the channel f is closed and the slit d in the cap is opened, in that the inserted tube assumes its original round shape due to its own elasticity (Fig. 5) so that the liquid can splash out (Fig. 7). After releasing: the pressure, the opening closes after air has entered the cavity. According to the embodiment of FIG. 6, the opening d is arranged laterally on the cap in the longitudinal direction. Inside the cap there is a stamp i.
The opening of the slot d, after the chamber e has been filled with liquid as described above, takes place by pressing with the thumb on the upper pole of the cap. As a result, the slot opens exactly in the same way as according to FIG. 5, and the plunger i closes the channel f, so that the liquid according to FIG. 8 is sprayed out.
