Description

      Drackventillose, schnellaufende Kolbenpampe.

       Fig.    5 zeigt eine Pumpe, in deren Druck  raum sich ein elastisch     zusammendrückbarer     Körper, zum Beispiel ein von einer     undehn-          baren.    Hülle 15 umgebener Gummiball, be  findet, der mit Druckluft gefüllt ist:       Fig.    6 stellt .eine Pumpe dar, deren hoh  ler Kolben 16 als     Druckwindkessel    ausgebil  det ist, wobei die Membran 17 und die sieb  artige Unterlage 18 genau so     wirken    wie die       1Zembran    4 und die siebartige Unterlage 5  nach     Fig.    1;

         Fig. 7 zeigt eine Ausführungsform, bei welcher der Kolben 19 gegenüber der Kol benstange 20 verschiebbar ist, wobei eine Fe der 21 ein nachgiebiges Zurückweichen des Kolbens 19 ermöglicht.

      Pressure valve-free, high-speed piston slug. The invention relates to pressure valveless, high-speed piston pumps, in which liquid is conveyed by the inertia of a liquid column in motion, and consists in the fact that in order to achieve smooth operation and an increased delivery rate of the pump between the suction valve and the pressure line a elastically flexible wall is arranged, which under the pressure increase occurring during the acceleration period of the piston aumweicht and returns towards the end of the pressure stroke in the initial position, but remains ineffective during the entire suction stroke.

  The drawing illustrates, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention in a schematic representation.

  In the embodiment of the pump shown in FIG. 1, a membrane 4 is arranged between the suction valve 7 and the pressure line 3, which closes the interior of a pressure air vessel 6 from the interior of the pump with the addition of a sieve-like base 5. When the piston 1 is in rapid reciprocating motion, it presses the water mass in the cylinder 2 into the pressure tube 3 by accelerating the water column, the membrane 4 yielding and thereby preventing the occurrence of a shock.

   The water column set in motion continues its way after reaching the dead point position of the piston and during the piston return, and since the sieve-like pad 5 prevents yielding beyond the central position inward of the pressurized membrane 4, a negative pressure ent stelit , which reads that the suction valve 7 opens and water flows in from below. While the vacuum ceases and the piston begins to move forward, liquid is again pumped into the pressure tube and the pressure column is set in motion.

  In the Ausfüh shown in Fig. 9 approximately the form of the air chamber is missing, and only a membrane 8 is provided, which can consist of fe-changing corrugated sheet metal in order to be able to exert a sufficient resistance. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, instead of the diaphragm, a piston 9 is provided which is movable in a pressure, pen cylinder 10 and whose return movement is limited by means of a stop 11.

  The embodiment shown in FIG. 4 shows a piston 12 which is under the action of a spring 13 and whose stroke is limited by stops 14.

       5 shows a pump, in the pressure chamber of which there is an elastically compressible body, for example one of an inextensible body. Sheath 15 surrounded by a rubber ball that is filled with compressed air: Fig. 6 shows a pump, the hollow piston 16 of which is designed as a pressure air vessel, the membrane 17 and the sieve-like base 18 acting in exactly the same way as the 1Zembran 4 and the sieve-like base 5 according to FIG. 1;

         Fig. 7 shows an embodiment in which the piston 19 relative to the Kol rod 20 is displaceable, with a spring 21 allows the piston 19 to retreat resiliently.
