Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 99522. Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Azofar bstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Azofarbstoff erhält, wenn man 1 Mol. des Tetrazoderivates der Diaminoazoverbindung, erhalten durch partielles Reduzieren des Azofarbstoffes aus diazotiertem p-Nitranilin und a-Naphthylamin, mit 2 Mol. 4-Oxy- naphthalin-l-phenylketon kuppelt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwärzliches Pulver; er löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner, in Alkohol und Eisessig mit vio. letter Färbung. Auf einer geeigneten Unter lage hergestellt, färbt er diese in echten, dunkelblauvioletten Tönen. Beispiel 262 Teile der Diaminoazoverbindung, er halten durch partielles Reduzieren des Azo. farbstoffes aus p-Nitranilin und a-Naphthyl- amin, werden wie üblich tetrazotiert und in eine Lösung von 496 Teilen 4-Oxynaphthalin- 1-phenylketon,
80 Teilen Natronhydrat und 200 Teilen Soda in 4000 Teilen Wasser ein getragen. Der gebildete Farbstoff fällt so fort als schwarzer Niederschlag aus, der fil triert und getrocknet wird.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol. des Tetrazoderivates der Diamino- azoverbindung, erhalten durch partielles Re duzieren des Azofarbstoffes aus, diazotiertem p-Nitranilin und a-Naphthylamin, mit 2 Mol. 4-Oxynaphthalin-l-phenylketon kuppelt.Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwärzliches Pul ver; er löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefel säure mit grüner, in Alkohol und Eisessig mit violetter Färbung. Auf einer geeigneten Unterlage hergestellt, färbt er diese in ech ten, dunkelblauvioletten Tönen.
